If you believe material available through this website infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright complaint requesting review and, where appropriate, removal or restriction of access to the material.

How to submit a copyright notice

To submit a copyright complaint, email the team at [email protected] with a clear subject line such as DMCA Takedown Request.

Please include enough detail for us to identify the material in question and review the request efficiently.

Required information

Your notice should include the following:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The exact URL or URLs of the material you want reviewed or removed.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • Information showing that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

How we may respond

After receiving a notice, 5Leaks may review the complaint and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the material identified in the request.

We may also request additional information if the submission is incomplete, unclear, or does not provide enough detail to identify the content at issue.

Counter-notices

If content is removed or restricted following a complaint, the affected party may be given an opportunity to respond where appropriate.

Any counter-notice should be truthful, complete, and submitted only when the sender has a valid basis to contest the complaint.
